project summary

This project, Flannery’s personal residence, was a complete renovation of a 1959 Mid-century modern home on the San Joaquin River. The goal was to honor and celebrate the original features of the space, but add more MCM charm including custom poured terrazzo floors, a built-in bar and a pool in the front yard.
